Founder's Message

Michael King

I am Michael King, Founder and CEO of MBK International Services. Our mission is bold yet urgent: to confront climate change with a groundbreaking approach to carbon removal. We are constructing one of the world’s largest biochar carbon removal facilities, designed to permanently sequester carbon, regenerate soil, and enhance local food security. Our facility incorporates IBM blockchain MRV, DNV, SCS Global verification, Verra, Gold Standard, Puro.Earth, and Climate Action Reserve certification pathways. This is not merely a technical solution; it's a community-centered, infrastructure-ready platform designed to build resilience against climate volatility. We invite forward-thinking investors, partners, and buyers to join us now, during this limited window when your involvement can have the greatest impact. MBK isn’t just establishing a plant; we are launching a movement. Join us in making carbon removal real, measurable, and meaningful.

About MBK International Services Inc.

MBK is a U.S.-based developer and supplier of engineered, premium biochar supported by a globally scalable verification infrastructure. Our biochar is produced from FSC-/PEFC-certified hardwoods, and every batch is geotagged, timestamped, and assigned a unique batch ID for traceability.

MBK’s production and monitoring system is MRV-ready, meaning it is designed to comply with global Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) protocols. This includes compatibility with Verra, Puro.Earth, Gold Standard, and CAR registries.

We collaborate with independent third-party verification leaders, such as SCS Global Services and DNV, to ensure that our agronomic outcomes, including soil regeneration and improvements in crop yield, are measurable, reportable, and verifiable for both carbon credit issuance and ESG impact claims.

Our mission is to strengthen soil resilience, uphold climate integrity, and improve economic returns for growers across vineyards, olive orchards, and other regenerative farming systems worldwide.

MBK International Mission Statement

At MBK International, our mission is to tackle climate change head-on by deploying high-integrity carbon removal solutions that regenerate soils, secure food systems, and empower local economies. We utilize the science of biochar and the precision of automation to deliver traceable, verifiable, and durable carbon credits engineered for climate permanence and built for agricultural resilience. Our work connects climate responsibility with ecosystem restoration, offering corporations, farmers, and carbon markets a powerful pathway to sustainability.

MBK International Core Values

  1. Climate Integrity: We prioritize scientific rigor and registry-aligned permanence in every ton of CO₂ removed. MBK biochar is engineered for long-term impact, not temporary fixes.
  2. Regenerative Impact: Our work doesn’t just sequester carbon, it heals soil, restores land, boosts crop yields, and helps communities thrive.
  3. Transparency by Design: We operate with traceability at our core, using blockchain-backed MRV and third-party verification to ensure accountability.
  4. Innovation with Purpose: From smart automation to API-ready ESG integration, we push the boundaries of climate technology to create scalable, auditable solutions.
